Account & Data Deletion Instructions
Request Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your Swipela account and all associated data, you can use any of the following methods:
1. From the App
You can delete your account directly within the Swipela app:
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Tap the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the deletion on the confirmation screen
2. Via Email
You can request account deletion by emailing support@swipela.app. Please include the email address associated with your account.
3. Via the Website
You can also submit an account deletion request by filling out the form below.
Data Removed
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Personal info: Email address, username, profile images
- Uploaded content: Outfit photos, posts, outfits
- Payment and subscription history
- Style preferences and likes
- Wardrobe data
Data Retention
Some logs may be retained for legal or auditing purposes for up to 30 days after account deletion. After this period, all data is permanently erased.
Confirmation
Users receive an email confirmation at the address associated with their account when the deletion is complete.
